Wesley Weekly #26: Blowing off Steam

Welcome back to the Wesley Weekly! We hope you’re having a good week, despite the curse that is midterms!

What You May Have Missed…

Last week we discussed arguments against and for faith. It was a really productive discussion and if it sounded interesting to you we want to invite you to join us!

The MSU Wesley Foundation has restructured our Patreon page and we would be grateful if you would check it out! If you would like to donate, please visit our Patreon!

This Week

This Thursday, we’re just going to be blowing off some steam! It’s midterms here at MSU and we just want to take some time to goof around and maybe play some games or something. If you’re interested in joining us, send us a message to get the link to the Zoom call!

Prayers and Concerns

It’s midterms! We’re thinking of all of our students as we approach this difficult time. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you need support!

If there is anything you would like the community to pray for, send us a message, or reach out to us on our social media pages.

Student Thoughts

Q: “If you could ask ANYONE one question, who would it be and what would you ask?”

A: “I would ask Julius Caesar what dish he’d really want to be named after him.”

A: “I would ask God what we should actually be doing while here on Earth.”

A: “I would ask Amelia Earhart what happened when she and Fred Noonan disappeared.”

A: “I’d ask God ‘Why?‘.”

A: “I would ask God why the answer is 42.”

What’s your answer to this question? We wanna know!

If you have something you would like to write for us, or interesting questions you would like to ask us, send us a message on any of our social media or on our contacts page!

That’s all for this week’s edition of Wesley Weekly! Don’t forget to like and follow our Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter pages so you’ll never miss out!
